Synopsis
Le but de ce livre est de faciliter la technologie récente de détermination et de fabrication du monophosphate cyclique cytidine-3', 5'- en appliquant la technologie de dosage radioimmunologique, comme un kit de détermination RIA. Le protocole de la recherche a été axé sur la préparation d'un dérivé d'antigène spécifique en utilisant le protocole de synthèse organique puis la sécrétion de l'anticorps spécifique à l'aide de lapins animaux. Des tampons spécifiques ont été préparés pour le protocole. Un traceur chaud de l'antigène a également été synthétisé en utilisant l'isotope de l'iodure de sodium 125. Le protocole de synthèse a été appliqué sur différents tissus malins en plus des tissus végétaux.
