Dr. phil. Dr. h.c. Alexander Thomas is Professor Emeritus of the University of Regensburg, where he worked until 2005 at the Department of Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology. He is a founding member of the Regensburg "Institute for Cooperation Management" (IKO). Dr. phil. Eva-Ulrike Kinast, a graduate psychologist, has been working as a senior HR executive for an international group for many years as a self-employed HR management consultant and coach for companies worldwide. Dr. phil. Sylvia Schroll-Machl, graduate psychologist, graduate in religious education (FH), works as a freelance trainer and coach for various companies, organizations and ministries in the field of intercultural training and human resources development and is a lecturer at various universities.
