Unter dem Titel »Riskante Arbeitswelt im Spiegel der Supervision Eine explorative Studie als Beitrag zur Marktforschung« erschien 2011 der Ergebnisbericht einer von der Deutschen Gesellschaft fu r Supervision e. V. (DGSv) geförderten Studie zum »Innenleben« von Organisationen in Deutschland. Der vorliegende Band berichtet von einer zweiten Untersuchung, mit der erneut die Mitglieder der DGSv dazu befragt wurden, wie sie drei Jahre später die Arbeitsbedingungen in wirtschaftlichen und nichtwirtschaftlichen Organisationen und deren Auswirkungen auf die Beschäftigten wahrnehmen. Neben der erweiterten Datengrundlage wurden auch vier neue Fragenkomplexe berücksichtigt: · Lassen sich anhand von Wiederholungsfragen markante Veränderungen der Arbeitsbedingungen seit 2008 feststellen? · Welchen Stellenwert haben Qualitätsstandards der Arbeit für die Arbeitnehmer/-innen? · Was tun Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitnehmerinnen, um sich an ihren Arbeitsplätzen (psychisch) gesund zu erhalten? · Wie weit ist Leistungsgerechtigkeit in Organisationen realisiert?

Prof. Dr. Dr. Rolf Haubl ist Gruppenlehranalytiker, Gruppenanalytischer Supervisor und Organisationsberater. Er lehrte lange Jahre Soziologie und psychoanalytische Sozialpsychologie an der UniversitAt Frankfurt/Main und war Direktor des Sigmund-Freud-Instituts in Frankfurt/Main. Dipl.-Soz. Nora Alsdorf ist Projektkoordinatorin und Mitarbeiterin der Studie "Arbeit und Leben in Organsiationen 2011" am Sigmund-Freud-Institut und Doktorandin an der UniversitAt Frankfurt/Main. Dr. G. Gunter Voss, graduate sociologist, holds the professorship for industrial and technology sociology at the Institute for Sociology at the Chemnitz University of Technology.
