Synopsis
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th International Workshop on Mobile Agents for Telecommunications Applications, MATA 2003, held in Marrakech, Morocco in October 2003.The 27 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in the book.
