The second part of the book analytically presents the types of teambuilding activities, in the chronological order of their implementation: warm-up and knowledge activities, trust-building, communication and collaboration, leadership and decision-making, problem-solving, feedback and reflection activities, relaxation and socializing, all these types of activities being described and experienced.

Daniel Roșu is a specialist in physical education and sports. After a career in performance sports, he became a physical education teacher and a successful coach, and is currently a university lecturer. He actively promotes extracurricular activities, entrepreneurship, combat sports, winter sports, and guided adventure among students.
Mihaela Diaconu is a specialist in the economic field, an entrepreneur in management consulting, and a professor with expertise in business management. She has managed projects financed by European structural funds and national funds and has extensive experience in university management.
