Over the last couple of decades, there has been tremendous use of information technology in business. Business leaders cite training end-users to use technology as a one of the key challenges of the future. Biographie de l'auteur

Dr Saurabh Gupta is an Assistant Professor of MIS with the University of North Florida. A Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, he has extensive experience in the fields of Knowledge Management, ERP, End-User Training and e-business strategy design. His research is published in leading journals and conferences.
