This book tries to answer these questions. That said, the book is not prescriptive in nature. Though, it does end with speculative recommendations for the readers.

Nikhil Mehta is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University, USA. His work is aimed at developing effective teams by improving their knowledge dynamics, such as knowledge integration and knowledge creation. Nikhil received his Ph.D. from Auburn University, USA.
