M&A has become one common and important feature of China¿s economic landscape. The government encourages the consolidation of poor SOEs into non- state-owned companies. Biographie de l'auteur

Yiwen Fei is the associate professor Finance and deputy Chair of the finance department in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His main research is focus on Corporate Finance.
