Biographie de l'auteur

Mr. Duero earned his M.S. in Political Science at the Freie University in Berlin, Germany with special focus on international security, energy politics, and political economy. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Environmental Policy Research Center (FFU) at the Freie University.
