Biographie de l'auteur

A science graduate and Master's degree in Library & Information Science from BHU,and did MA(sociology) from H.N.B. Garhwal Univ. Awarded Doctorate in LIS from Utkal Univ. India. Received awards & honours for the best paper in LIS. Published more than 20 papers, including one in IFLA, Beijing, 1996
