Synopsis

The research explores Organisational Conflict Diagnosis and Resolution that helps to establish the present of organisational conflict and followed by appropriate resolution. This research was carried out in a local economic institution by selecting a department as the research technique.It discuss about the constructives and dysfunctional organisational conflict. Participant observation is selected to collect the data. An observational form is constructed which incorporated the sets of variables in acquiring the data. It explicates the research findings and tagged some proposed interventions. The research also presents practical proposed interventions. The suggested interventions consist of strategic intervention, technostructural intervention, human resources intervention and human process intervention. These suggested interventions are supported by credential literatures reviews.

Low Mei Peng has been a lecturer of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in Faculty of Accountancy and Administration for more than 4 years. She lectures various Management subjects and supervises undergraduate students' researches. Her research interests are organisational behaviour and strategic human management in the contemporary management.
