The advancement of information technology and the Internet makes a dramatic change in creating a new paradigm in education via Web-based courses, which provides an exciting opportunity for teachers, but also poses great challenges for practice. Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. Shumin Kang is a professor and vice president of Qufu Normal University, with educational background in English and Instructional Technology both in China and US. Her academic interests are in EFL teaching and teacher education with publications of 6 textbooks & over 40 articles in national & international journals such as ELT & ET.
