Human organizations are hierarchically complex systems. Within these systems, emergent knowledge is continually evolving at different structural levels, creating dynamic environments. Organizations need to respond quickly and rationally to ever changing social and physical environments and landscapes. Susu Nousala (PhD), is a Research Fellow at Spatial Information Architecture Laboratory (SIAL),Design and Social Context, RMIT University. Current areas of research interests include knowledge networks (social complex adaptive systems), understanding value and transference of tacit knowledge in socio-technical networks and complex systems.
