Phillips, a counselor with specialty in Youths and Adolescent Counselling, is Director of Youth and Student's Ministry with S.U. Nigeria, a veteran youthworker. He had authored Chastity: Christian Teenagers and the Sex Issue, Dating: What You Need to Know before Saying Yes, Adolescence: Early Life Crisis, etc. Married to Eunice Odelana
