Dr. R.K. Tuli, Head, Department of Mathematics, S.S.M. College, Dinanagar, India, is a distinguished teacher and researcher. Having 16 years of teaching & research experience, he has published 10 research papers and 5 text books. Being a member of several academic and institutional bodies, he has organized and participated in many conferences.
