Biographie de l'auteur

Rakesh K. Misra and Devender Singh both obtained Ph.D. from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (ITBHU),Varanasi, India where they are Associate Professor at present.Their research interests are in power systems operation and control. Pratyush Singh was a summer intern at ITBHU during 2010.
