Biographie de l'auteur

Shulagna Sarkar is a science and law graduate with MBA and Ph.D. degree. An Asst. Prof. at IPE, having experience in teaching Management courses, research and consultancy for both public and private organizations. Her areas of interests include Competency Management, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Knowledge Management.
