Each chapter presents a different aspect of the art and science of arresting techniques as it applies to law-enforcement and the armed forces.

Biographie de l'auteur

Steven J. Kaplan has been studying and teaching martial arts for nearly 45 years. Holding Black Belt rank in taiho-jutsu and jujutsu, along with a Master Instructor certificate in police tactics, Kaplan Sensei has taught police, military, and civilian students. Jeffrey A. Kaplan currently works in Federal law-enforcement.
