Biographie de l'auteur

Peter Kojo Boateng holds an MSc in Development Management from the University of Agder in Norway. He is a fellow of the Rural Research and Advocacy Group of the Centre for Rural Research and Poverty Reduction, Ghana. He has worked in the international development industry in Ghana and Sri Lanka.
