Synopsis

The Bible is a formidable library of sixty-six writings which originated in languages and cultures very different from our own. Yet these writings form the authority base recognized by all branches of the Christian Church. They are therefore of the utmost significance for Christians both communally and individually. Biographie de l'auteur

Richard K. Moore (BA, MA, DipEd, BD, PhD) was Lecturer in Biblical Studies at the Baptist Theological College of Queensland (1974–1978), then Head of the New Testament Department at the Baptist Theological College of Western Australia (1979–2002) and a Lecturer at Murdoch University (1986–2002). In retirement he continues to research and publish.
