Synopsis
Ce livre décrit la conception et l'évaluation d'un arrangement de développement professionnel dans lequel les matériaux du programme sont intégrés. L'objectif de l'accord de développement professionnel vise à soutenir les enseignants à mettre en œuvre des activités pratiques intégratives (IPA) pour promouvoir les compétences de recherche et les compétences informatiques des élèves dans les écoles secondaires en Chine. Quatre versions du matériel pédagogique exemplaire et deux versions de l'arrangement de développement professionnel sont développées au total. Les résultats des évaluations formatives et de l'évaluation sommative indiquent que le matériel pédagogique exemplaire en tant qu'outil pour faciliter l'apprentissage des programmes innovants par les enseignants est un élément essentiel de l'arrangement de développement professionnel. La démonstration des clips vidéo en tant que composant du matériel exemplaire contribue à la mise en œuvre de l'IPA par les enseignants en particulier. Les résultats révèlent qu'un arrangement de développement professionnel des enseignants composé d'un atelier de développement professionnel, de matériel pédagogique exemplaire, d'un soutien de suivi et d'un soutien organisationnel contribue à la mise en place de leçons IPA centrées sur l'élève.
