Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANET) represent a rapidly emerging research field. Vehicle to Vehicle communications are going to be an important evaluation in current wireless communication technology which are mainly based on the low mobility nodes. Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) is an instance of MANET that establishes wireless connections between Vehicle i.e. Cars, Buses and Trucks etc. Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANET) characterized by nodes with relatively mobility and various disturbed environments. In VANET, a number of routing protocols and techniques are used for vehicular communication i.e. communications between car to car, communications between trucks to trucks. VANET having features such as distributed processing and organized networking, large number of nodes, distribution and speed of these nodes, constrained like highly variable network topology, communication conditions and mobility patterns, signal transmissions blocked by buildings, frequent partition due to the high mobility, and finally there are no significant power constraints. Hence, it needs specific vehicular capabilities and requirements for communications. Routing in vehicular Ad hoc Networks (VANET) has
