Synopsis
Les ressources humaines jouent un rôle prédominant dans l'accélération du rythme du développement économique du pays. L'éducation est une clé pour la formation du capital des ressources humaines et pour créer des opportunités de l'utiliser comme capital dans l'économie. Reconnaissant son rôle dans le développement de l'individu et du pays, le système éducatif a été élargi et renforcé pour couvrir toutes les couches de la population à différents niveaux. Dans ce processus, une plus grande attention a été accordée à l'expansion quantitative. En conséquence, la qualité de l'éducation a été affectée. Cela a conduit à l'inadéquation entre les besoins du pays et la production du système éducatif. Les enquêteurs reconnaissent leur gratitude à l'Université S.V. pour avoir accepté et financé l'étude dans le cadre du programme SAP du département de l'éducation des adultes et de l'éducation continue. Ils remercient les directeurs et le personnel des collèges pour leur coopération et leur aide à la collecte des données et enregistrent également leurs appréciations pour tous les étudiants qui ont répondu à l'étude,
