Synopsis
Le cancer du sein est le cancer le plus fréquent chez les femmes dans le monde. Le diagnostic assisté par ordinateur (CAD) a été défini comme un diagnostic posé par un radiologue qui utilise la sortie d'une analyse informatique des images lors de son interprétation. Dans ce livre, une comparaison entre deux techniques d'amélioration de l'image est faite pour améliorer la zone périphérique de la région mammaire. Ensuite, un système CAO est développé pour classer les lésions anormales dans les mammographies afin de différencier les régions normales et les lésions de masse. Les résultats obtenus montrent une sensibilité et une spécificité acceptables pour le système. Après cela, une comparaison entre deux techniques de segmentation musculaire pectorale est effectuée. Enfin, nous testons la modélisation 2D auto-régressive dans la classification de la microcalcification.
