La salinisation et l'alcalinisation des sols, résultant de l'accumulation de sels dans les eaux souterraines et de surface, deviennent de plus en plus un enjeu important dans la technologie de la science du sol et l'écologie. La salinisation réduit la fertilité du sol et a une conséquence socio-économique négative sur les personnes qui partent sur des terres dégradées. La récupération des sols affectés par le sel nécessite des apports financiers importants, qui sont nécessaires pour le transport d'amendements chimiques, l'application d'eau, etc. Pour éviter ces procédures coûteuses, de nouvelles technologies sont développées pour la récupération des sols salés qui permettent de réduire l'eau nécessaire à la lixiviation, de raccourcir la durée de lixiviation et de réduire considérablement les volumes d'amendements nécessaires. Il a été pratiquement prouvé que les méthodes de dessalement complexes de lixiviation des sels affectés par le sel comme l'application d'oscillations mécaniques à basse fréquence, les systèmes triphasés et leur application conjointe, ont des avantages évidents par rapport aux méthodes traditionnelles et peuvent réduire les normes de lixiviation et la durée deux fois. Les conditions optimales de ces processus sont élaborées en théorie et en pratique en ce qui concerne la fréquence des oscillations, l'amplitude et sa durée.
