This work presents the interface of a real time wheeled mobile robot arm with camera. Software system it was built in three various programming languages and controlled via the internet using webpage protected with a username and password to make sure it cannot be hacked”. The webpage is designed to guide the mobile robot remotely through the internet by any web browser such as Mozilla Firefox. Camera is mounted on the animated base in two axes in order to have better visibility.

Prof. Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid AL- Sahib graduated from Baghdad University, Iraq, in 1991 with B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, and in 1995 with M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering/ production Eng.and got Ph.D. Mechanical Eng. from Russian State University of Oil & Gas GUBKIN / Moscow 2001.Current Position: President of Al-Nahrian University.
