In this context, a study on consumer behaviour was seemed to be important to understand the purchase behaviour and preferences of different consumers. Understanding the consumer behaviour would help the firms in formulating strategies to cater to the needs of the consumer and thereby increase their market share. Consumer’s taste and preference were found to change rapidly, especially in a dynamic environment.
