En tant que l'un des outils de formation et de développement que les entreprises utilisent aujourd'hui pour poursuivre l'innovation, l'adaptation et l'efficacité organisationnelles, le coaching est suggéré d'être privilégié pour son individualisation et sa polyvalence. Dans cette étude, nous avons l'intention de découvrir comment les entraîneurs peuvent lier les réalisations personnelles du coaché à la performance organisationnelle exigée par le sponsor. Avec nos 22 répondants, nous avons identifié 6 sources de problèmes découlant du triangle du coaching, que nous avons spécifiquement défini comme le « problème des deux clients » ; et 10 stratégies pour faire face et prévenir davantage ces complications potentielles. Bien que ces résultats ne soient en aucun cas de nouveauté, notre étude peut contribuer à la discussion autour du triangle de coaching qui est essentiel pour un coaching réussi dans le contexte de l'entreprise.
