For that purpose, an exercise known as guided imagery is presented in the second part of this book. The exercise is based on the so-called Trilogos-PsyQ®Method and its particular intention is to support the evolving of human potential (PsyQ), more specifically, of humanity, as referred to by the first principle of the Global Ethic "Every human must be treated humanly".
