Significant development made in the Siemens CT scanner SOMATOM PLUS have opened new possibilities for diagnostic imaging in computed tomography. Spiral CT with a continously rotating X-ray tube and synchronous table increments for up to 60 cm in less than half a minute make radiological diagnosis more accurate.
