Prof. Thomas Hoeren is Professor at and Director of the Institut für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht (ITM) at University Münster and specialized in IT, Copyright & IP Law. Gretchen Jansen is PhD candidate researching music copyright & IP law lecturer at Stellenbosch University. Marie-Therese Wirtz is PhD candidate on contracts in the art industry & academic assistant of Prof. Hoeren.
