In the new business economy, project management has become a central way for undertaking several of the business activities. Biographie de l'auteur

Basit Aziz completed his Masters in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University of Sweden. In this publication he had conceptually explained the relevance of lean concepts in project management and how the concepts of lean thinking effect the project performance.
