This project involves automated filling, under filled bottles removal, capping of bottles without any human intervention. It involves PLC to control the whole process to be followed in the project. Firstly the bottle will be placed on the conveyer belt and be started to move on to the first station i.e. the filling station.The conveyer belt in this process will keep on running but it would have no effect on the undergoing process. Then the filling will be done. Now after the bottle has been filled, they will move on to the next station i.e. under filled bottle removal. Here the bottle will be checked for the level of liquid in them with the help of level sensors. Now the bottles will move on to the next station i.e. the capping station.Here the bottle will be capped with the help of pneumatic actuators.
