Dr. Madhu is an Organisational Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in different fields of Applied Psychology, like Education, Training, Counselling and Coaching. Currently he is a Training faculty at Amrita Viswa Vidyapeetham ,University, Coimbatore, India. His areas of interest are emotional intelligence, personality and leadership.
