Biographie de l'auteur

Prof. Reddy had his Masters in Economics and Doctorate in Rural Development. He is teaching at Masters level since 27 years. Now he Coordinator, University Grants Commission Special Assistance Program. He published three books and his 21 papers appeared in national and international journals. He lent consultancy services to FHI, Care India and SERP
