Synopsis
The sole objective of this book is to provide the necessary information to the patients on prescribed or over the counter medicines or marketed formulations. It covers almost all the aspects of patient instructions those are required to the patient while using that particular medicine. This book is alphabetically divided into three volumes covering 1480 drug monographs with special emphasis on instructions that include therapeutic use/uses, when this medicine should not be used, how to use this medicine, if in case dose is missed, how to store and dispose of this medicine, drugs and foods to avoid, warnings while using this medicine, and possible side effects while using this medicine with level of severity. If the marketed drug is in combination of two or more drugs that combination is also included in this book.

Dr. Sameer Dhingra is working as Professor at Swift School of Pharmacy, Rajpura, Patiala, Punjab. He has more than 12 years of academics and research experience. He has a good number of research publications to his credit. He is actively involved in providing drug information services to health care professionals and general public.
