Biographie de l'auteur

The author has born in Brahmanbaria, Bangladesh in 1973. He obtained M.S. in Fisheries Management and B.Sc. in Fisheries (Hons) with distinct results from Bangladesh Agricultural University. He has over 14 years working experiences in Fisheries Management. He has several articles in journals. He visited Belgium, France, India, Iceland, Dubai & UK.
