Synopsis

The purpose of this study is to consider common ethical problems found across professions. Professional ethics seeks to establish the standards of morality with respect to different professions with a purpose to regulate human behavior. The main types of professional ethics are: Medical ethics, Business ethics, Organizational ethics, and Management ethics… etc. Management as discipline is comparatively new and it has a great diversity. The professional autonomy is organizational ethics and values flow from organizational and its style (culture), vision and mission central concern of this work and it focuses on the Professional Autonomy‘ of professionals. A holistic value driven management and ethical value system plays a vital role in TQM. Business ethics is the application of ethical principles and methods of analysis to business. The social responsiveness of management which means the ability and willingness of management to relate the plans and policies to the social environment in such ways that are mutually beneficial to the organization and to society. Quality of life satisfies the hunger of mind and spirit which are higher levels human wants and aspirations.

Biographie de l'auteur

Dr.L.UdayaKumar has completed M.A.,M.Phil,and Ph.D.from the Dept.of Philosop,HCU in India.At present he is teaching as an Assistant Professor at ANU in AP,India.His research interests include as Professional Ethics and Wittgenstein Philosophy.He has published Scholarly papers in International and National journals in his credit and guiding scholars
