Biographie de l'auteur

Salisu Ojonemi Paul holds a B.Sc(Upper Division) from Kogi State University Anyigba and M.Sc. in Public Admin from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria. He is an Admin Officer with Kogi State SUBEB & Part-time Lecturer with the Dept of Public Admin, Federal Polytechnic Idah, Kogi State.He specializes in Human Resources Mgt and Development Studies.
