Synopsis

Hearing is one of the five senses plays a key role in communicating with external world by perception of speech and non speech sounds, which is very crucial for surviva in this sound environment. However certain factors to our system alters this hearing sensation by cause hearing loss such as sensory neural hearing loss, conductive hearing loss or mixed hearing loss which is combination of both. Loss of hearing sensation on partial or total basis can make an individal out of communication from this evnironment. Technology has developed in order to restore the hearing abilities by inventing hearing aids starting from basic analog hearing aid to moderanised digital hearing aids of various type, style. Hearing aids is one broad area of research where new techonologies has been frequently upgraded for better listening mainly in terms of increaring number of channels and bands. However, increasing number of channels and bands may not always play an role in improvement? ..... This study answers the questions on this aspects with other possible supporting studies.
