About the author:Sudeshna Basu Mukherjee is a M.A. and Ph.D from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of SOCIOLOGY, University of Calcutta. Her interest area includes Organizational Sociology, Sociology of Ageing, and Research Methodology in Social Sciences.
