Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan Journalism and Communication Lecturer/Adjunct Professor,who is dedicated to public policy awareness communication campaigns. His research interests include: access to information rights, renewable energy and environment, public health, ICT, mass communication, gender equality, democracy, community radio, and human freedom.
