I am Karn Gupta from India and have completed my graduation from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India. I completed my further studies from the Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh, Scotland (UK). I have been carrying out extensive research work in the foeld of Corporate Laws and other allied laws in India.
