Biographie de l'auteur

Mr. Samuel Tuhufo Quagraine, the author, is currently the Library Manager of the University College of Agriculture and Environmental Studies and a part-time Tutor with the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education of the University of Ghana. He holds M.A (Library Studies) and B.A (Information Studies), both from the University of Ghana.
