Synopsis

This is our little effort to create awareness amongst the farming communities and the researchers to use the natural enemies in insect pest management.As we know that Biological control is one of the most important component of Integrated pest management.To avoid unnecessary use of chemical insecticides there should be an integrated approach with other tactics for the pest management so that we could save our environment,protect our earth planet as well as mankind also.Trichogramma being the egg parasitoid can kill the pest at its immature stage and follow the "Nip at the bud" strategy in pest management so as to avoid further crop losses due to borers and caterpillars in standing crop.

Anuraj Jaising Pujari born in India. did his M.Sc. in Agril. Entomology from PGI,Dr PDKV, Akola,MS, India.One research article on Effect of Temperature on biological parameters of Trichogramma is on his credit. Now he is working in IDBI Bank Ltd.Gondia branch as a relationship manager.
