Biographie de l'auteur

Ms Merian Ahabwe and Mr Maicibi Alhas are both management theorists and practitioners. While Prof Maicibi taught Management theories and Human resource management in specific for decades in universities and now practices in a non university setting; Ms Merian, on the other hand, is a theorist and a veteran practitioner in Procurement mmanagement.
