The tremendous loss of human resources on account of vector borne diseases like malaria, filariasis, encephalitis, dengue and yellow fever has threatened the survival of mankind and is one of the most important hindrances in the progress of the country. Biographie de l'auteur

Dr. P. Maurya, Research Associate, Narain College, Shikohabad, Agra, India. Engaged in entomology field specially vector control techniques last 9 years. She did her Ph.D. from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, India. She published about 14 research papers and 03 review articles in reputated journals. Nowdays, focus on nanolarvicides.
