Synopsis
Ce manuel couvre le travail effectué concernant la sélection des distributeurs importants, la culture de paddy et les cultures d'identification sous la zone de commandement Jurala et l'évaluation de la performance de celles-ci grâce à des indicateurs de performance tels que le ratio de demande d'approvisionnement, le taux de consommation totale (OCR) et l'indice d'utilisation de l'eau (WUI) pour décrire les performances des systèmes d'irrigation dans différentes dimensions au profit des décideurs. Les variations temporelles et spatiales de ces indicateurs aideront à améliorer l'efficacité du système d'irrigation. Il couvre également l'application de techniques de télédétection et SIG pour étudier et évaluer les performances du projet. De telles études amélioreront périodiquement l'efficacité des projets d'irrigation dans l'Andhra Pradesh et ailleurs dans le pays.
