Synopsis

Reproductive health mainly concerned with the health status of women. The reproductive health status of married woman in Bangladesh is not very satisfactory because of various reason such as lack of education, gender violence etc.The objective of this study was to know reproductive health care facilities, problems and consequences that become through social survey and case study in 28 no ward of Khulna City Corporation where used systematic sampling and sample size was 112. The study was exploratory in nature. The respondents 71.4 percent are Muslims and rest of them are Hindu. Almost half of the total population are higher educated and 28.6 percent respondents are illiterate. Occupationally they are mostly housewife. Insufficiency knowledge of reproductive health, neglect during pregnancy, using contraceptive system hampers on health of women. It becomes for early marriage and unconsciousness and 79.5 percent have the consent for marriage where Education plays key role for marriage. Most of the respondents not used to sanitary pad as a menstrual absorbent.Reproductive Health Status or reproductive concerns vary with age and education.
