Le problème de savoir si les médias influencent le comportement de vote pendant la campagne électorale est analysé à travers ce travail. Il est important principalement parce que la couverture médiatique peut hypothétiquement influencer les gens et leurs préférences en matière de choix de vote. L'importance de la relation entre les médias et les élections est examinée au fil de la période depuis la croissance des médias. Cette relation particulière a été examinée depuis les années 1940 et avec la sensibilisation croissante à l'éthique des médias et au journalisme professionnel. Un segment important pour ce travail particulier est l'ethnicité et l'influence des médias en raison de la structure compliquée de la Bosnie-Herzégovine. Le principal problème de la couverture des campagnes électorales par les quotidiens réside dans leur approche contraire à l'éthique, non professionnelle et biaisée qui peut se refléter deux fois vers les options politiques, les partis et leurs candidats et l'électorat. Deux périodes dont une distance de huit ans montrent des indicateurs intéressants qui peuvent être perçus de la même manière mais en même temps différemment en ce qui concerne les résultats des élections.
